Yes, we're always delighted to have people sign up as MarCons -
http://marketing.openoffice.org/contacts.html. Check with the people
currently in place in the geography - if the current MarCons want to
split the patch / want help then that's a good way to go.

It is important that OpenDocument isn't seen as a purely OOo gig, which
is why I was pleased to see Leon Shiman in Mass talking to Sam months
back as an OpenDocument proponent rather than as an 'official rep' of
OOo. If people want to spread the message wearing other hats that's
great news too.
