"helping" MA is important. If we can help them go through this
smoothly, and not get a lot of political flack for it, we will help
ensure that (1) MA doesn't back-pedal later and (2) other states

The other states will be watching MA.
MA doesn't need help from OOo Marketing. They need a vendors and, as I
said before, IBM, Novell and others will do.
