Not really. Apart from the fact that in most instances of people on eBay 
selling OO.o (and some have actually written to Louis or myself asking 
permission to use the logos etc), apart from the fact that it is perfectly 
legal, it services those who for one reason or another (slow/bad Internet 
connection, per MB charges, etc) are unable to download the software. In 
addition, many of those sellers use the standard ISO image, which contains 
quite a few goodies (templates, documents, and the Java installers), so 
everyone comes out in front.
