I think this was used mainly to track work on the features guide. I've got the Features Guide on http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=47686 and the Product Spec on http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=47476 and should probably raise one for the product pages, which have a strawman up at http://www.openoffice.org/product2
