Yes. Wikis are fantastic for that sort of thing. Okay, everyone here knows I love Plone because it's so much better for writing a user guide. But for something as simple as flyers, even Plone would be over-kill. Use a Wiki in the style of Wikipedia.

I am a strong believer in using the best tool for the job.

This is the main aspect of the leadership. Leader should be visible, leader
have to handle all these ugly things and leader have to prepare easiest
environment for volunteers. Leader is not here to do hard work on all
materials, leader is here to handle the environment, people, volunteers,

If the leader tries to decide all the details, you end up with "micro-management", which just kills the project. The best thing a leader can do (regardless of whether the leader has the official status or not) is remove barriers, and encouarge a an environment that attracts contributors. As a matter of fact, micro-management has a tendency to discourage volunteer contributions.

Just a small note - my arguments aren't personal and I appreciate all
work you are doing. I'm just trying to help to create better environment
for volunteers. Do you know the 'You've got the mail' movie? It's not
personal, it's just business ;-)

:-)
Yes. I want to be careful not to criticize any one person. Esp in public. That is almost invariably counter-productive.

Cheers,
Daniel.
