I am unsure on if this is the propper address for what I'm wanting to know but
here seems as good as any to start. I appoligize both for my misspellings and
the probable lack of tact in this email but reguardless I will move to my point.

I am gathering software for a CD of software freely avalible on the internet.
I'm unsure of the exact content because I'm still in the process of contacting
the propper people to get premission before I continue. Why would i need
premission to make a cd of software freely avalible? I'm planning on selling
CD's that contain this software, or rather I'm selling the time and effort I've
gone to gathering a CD's worth of software off the web, gaining premissions,
taking the time to download it all, and other mundain reasons, to those that are
either due to connection speed or sheer lazyness unable or unwilling to download
these things for themselves.

I intend to charge only shipping cost as well as the cost of the blank cd
itself, with perhaps a dollar to two dollar overhead for my services(if you can
call what i'm doing service...). I've seen linux distrobutions follow a simmiler
model of charging not for the software but for the packaging shipping and
overhead involved, but I was unaware on where things legally stood in my case
and wanted clarification before I went any further. I will not proceed with this
till I get a reply of some sort from you or any of the other companies/persons I
need to contact.

Reguards,
Andrew Singleton
