As discussed, I have updated the Art project's to-dos by splitting them in two sections:
1. ARTWORK TO-DO -- dedicated to artists and containing the graphics requests currently needed: http://marketing.openoffice.org/art/to-do-artwork.html
2. PROJECT MAINTENANCE TO-DO -- open to everybody who can help and containing the maintenance tasks on which the success of the project depends: http://marketing.openoffice.org/art/to-do-maintenance.html
Suggesting changes, new tasks, enrolling in leading them, etc are welcome and highly appreciated. For now, this should be done first by announcing on this mailing list. But I am also looking for a collaborative way of maintaining these pages.
