Because of the noise on this list and the need to keep focused on one direction, as Marketing has to cover many areas. This list, dev@ is a general list.
It is best to visit:
http://marketing.openoffice.org/servlets/ProjectMailingListList
and *if* you want to actively participate on a certain area which has its own list, to subscribe to that list which has the meaning of Focused Group.
Also...Off topic...I sent a post yesterday and it still hasn't appeared in my e-mail, but I do see it listed. Did anybody else get it? Titled "Ideas".
