Attachment: LUCENE-5196.patch
Patch adds LuceneTestCase.OLD_FORMAT_IMPERSONATION_IS_ACTIVE, defaults to true
and fixes the RW codecs to respect it. I also added
TestCodecs.testDisableImpersonation.
