I setup lucene_pmc_notification_role account using the commits@lucene mail
address and configured it to watch the Solr space using daily summaries.
Unfortunately there seems to be some sort of problem with the "daily summaries"
part -- every individual change is triggering an email containing the full
contents of the page edited, filed INFRA-6449 to track this.
