I have reapplied the SOLR-2894 patch from Jun 14th to the trunk while removing
most of code formatting changes that were in it. On top of that I changed the
FacetComponent.refineFacets() method to add facet_pivot key-value only when
there are values in the pivotFacets map, which fixes distributed search unit
tests.
