Ok, tomorrow Tuesday I plan to
* Remove {{latest-redir.html}} for both Lucene and Solr
* List both latest 8.x.x and 7.x.x releases on the download pages of both
Lucene and Solr (and remove all other versions from mirrors, LUCENE-8821)
* Use https instead of http on the download links
* Use https for the link to Apache archives links
* Change links for the Download buttons to point to static download page
* Add 301 redirect entries to {{.htaccess}} for {{*latest-redir.html}} ->
{{downloads.html}} since there may be many links pointing there
For Solr I'm also considering a (non-versioned) link to ref-guide on the
download page, what do others think?
