I think I've understood my mistake and it should be fixed now.
I've added a random condition in tests to check the second
`ConstantScoreScorer` constructor. Even though tests pass, I'm not very
confident with my [two phase iterator
implementation](https://github.com/apache/lucene-solr/pull/495/files#diff-de7ae2ad20402371f11166a7486dade7R119),
could you please give it a review? Thank you.
