[~emaijala] Patch looks really good (it seems to have an unwanted change in
{{TimeOut.java}}, I'll just skip that). I'll run some tests locally but I think
it's ready to commit regardless of the final naming decision. I can just change
the param name to whatever we agree on.
Thanks for your input [~houstonputman], I like {{shards.routing}}. I'll rename
to that if nobody disagrees.
