Thanks Adrien for removing the 8.0 changes from the 7.x change log. I hadn't
even seen the 8.0 changes :-) but meant difference edits::

added the (now removed 8.0 section) but it also removed a bunch of other
tickets in the 7.2.0 section (and seems to also edit the 7.1.0 section even, I
thought that would never change post release?).
