Up to you. Git doesn't have the notion of a "pull request" -- it's a github
thing. I could have cherry picked your commit(s) from github (part of the pull
request), but I think I added changes entry, etc. along the way.
It's also easier for technical reasons to flatten out single issues into single
commits (because then you can cherry pick them across different branches).
