First draft uploaded.
Three important bits left are:
1. CDCR architecture needs to be updated or a new one needs to be added.
2. The description below the architecture needs or needs not to be updated ??
3. The Initial Startup part: it is specifically written for uni-directional
scenario, not sure whether a section for bi-directional scenario is required or
not.
The buffer element portion is somewhat confusing too.
In the changes, I made sure user doesn't confuse much. Though a thorough review
is must.
