I assigned this to myself & then thought better of it because while I could
update all the links in specs to point to a generic URL for documentation that
would redirect to the latest version, I don't know how to modify the specs
themselves to dynamically insert the proper version (at build time I guess?) so
the links point to the right version of docs.
If we're OK with these links going to a generic URL that will always take the
user to the _latest_ docs, I can do that.
