Yea, `test` and `precommit` are good to run. Ostensibly, I was unaware of
`nightly-smoke` before and if it's something we think should be run then we
should add it to the docs. Release smoke test has previously taken ~1.5 hours
for me, I expect the nightly to be about the same.
(My current run of smokes just failed because my ant was too new, going to go
find an older version to install and try again)
