In LUCENE-7500 we're removing LeafReader.fields for 7.x. Here in this issue
for 6.x and 7.x we simply avoid calling this method (and also
MultiFields.getFields) when there is an obvious replacement for
LeafReader.terms(field) (and MultiFields.getTerms). Any absolutely non-trivial
changes are occurring in LUCENE-7500.
