Summary: Add CalculateStream all Solr to behave like a scientific

The CalculateStream returns a single empty Tuple to support this syntax:
{code}
select(calc(), add(1, 1) as result)
{code}
This will simply add the calculation to the Tuple an return it, turning Solr
into a scientific calculator.
