+1 Lucene changes, docs and javadocs look good. The smoke tester passed for me (I’ve lost the timing, sorry, was like 28 minutes).
Solr’s HTML changes, docs and javadocs have moved online (see SOLR-9450), and so aren’t part of the release artifacts. I think vetting these docs can happen separately from the release vote - it’ll be kosher to fix if necessary after a release, since they are excluded from the release vote. -- Steve www.lucidworks.com > On Mar 22, 2017, at 3:39 PM, Andi Vajda <[email protected]> wrote: > > > On Tue, 21 Mar 2017, jim ferenczi wrote: > >> Please vote for release candidate 1 for Lucene/Solr 6.5.0 > > +1 > > I checked out branch_6_5 and built PyLucene with it, all tests pass. > > Andi.. > >> >> The artifacts can be downloaded from: >> https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/lucene/lucene-solr-6.5.0-RC1-rev4b16c9a10c3c00cafaf1fc92ec3276a7bc7b8c95 >> >> You can run the smoke tester directly with this command: >> >> python3 -u dev-tools/scripts/smokeTestRelease.py \ >> https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/lucene/lucene-solr-6.5.0-RC1-rev4b16c9a10c3c00cafaf1fc92ec3276a7bc7b8c95 >> >> Here's my +1 >> SUCCESS!
