Are we SURE that the role has not been relaxed by INFRA? Because if it
is just us, we could do a one-time cleanup and try to be neat.

Could potentially also have a weekly alert for any component count
less than 3 or some such. Assuming JIRA metadata could be pulled into
facet-style info.
