New patch. Final adjustments
* Changed headline to "Global Similarity" and always black (active). The old
grey color implied that you had to click on it to make it active in the right
pane
* Inner class {{SchemaSimilarity}} is no longer anonymous since we now display
class name in UI. Chose name SchemaSimilarity which is a logical thing for the
Factory to produce :) WIll display as
{{o.a.s.search.similarities.SchemaSimilarityFactory$SchemaSimilarity}}
* Changed back toString() wording for SchemaSimilarity from Global -> Default
* Added Alexandre to CHANGES entry
