[^SOLR-9554-test.patch] makes test simple as possible. There is no refactoring
for {{ManagedIndexSchemaFactory}} yet. TBC.
The question is: {{SuspendingZkClient}} reminds the best testing practices. Can
it be generalized and used somewhere else?
