First patch. Adds "similarity" to Luke response, and displays it below "id" in
schema browser. In case of SchemaSimilarityFactory, we use a new {{toString}}
method on PerFieldSimilarityWrapper, e.g.

SchemaSimilarityFactory. Default: BM25(k1=1.2,b=0.75)
