Jan Høydahl commented on SOLR-9548:
-----------------------------------
I committed to master. But when testing further, I see that the version
printout never contains {{-SNAPSHOT}} even from my own build. I'm using
{{Version.LATEST}}. I think it would make sense to be able to distinguish from
the log whether this is an official full release or a SNAPSHOT build. How can I
do this in the best way? I see that the SystemInfoHandler uses
{{SolrCore.class.getPackage().getImplementationVersion()}}, but is there a
simpler way? I'd like it to simply print the spec-version if it is an official
release, but perhaps the full impl-version if it is a snapshot release?
