We're now down to 9 lines for {{bin/solr start -f}}.
And 20 lines for {{bin/solr start -c -f}} (down from 67, thanks to SOLR-5563).
For {{bin/solr create -c foo}} we have reduced from 129 to 48.
Feel free to commit other log-level changes across the code base as part of
this issue or a spinoff issue.
