Attaching new patch:
* We now build the online version of docs in {{$\{javadoc-online.dir\}.}} which
is {{build/docs-online}}, to avoid overwriting the full javadocs
* The {{create-package}} target only depends on {{documentation-online}}, while
{{package}} now also depends on {{documentation}} target, to make sure that
{{build/docs}} is also generated in that case.
* Reuses property {{lucene.javadoc.url}}, so no need to instrument Jenkins for
{{solr.javadoc.url}}
