bq. the secondary fine-grained lock is the per-bucket lock. The full updates
use that . So,it should take the lock on both to mitigate the concurrency
issues. Eventually, when Lucene exposes
DocumentsWriter.updateDocValues(DocValuesUpdate... updates) we probably should
be able to get rid of the global lock?
Indeed, I realized that we can use IndexWriter#updateDocValues(Term term,
Field[] updates) instead of trying to lock at Solr. I shall include that fix in
the next patch.
