[~erickerickson] I think you'll find that's already the case - the core admin
tab doesn't appear if in cloud mode (on the new UI at least).
Strictly, this ticket is about the core admin *API* not the UI specifically, as
the UI doesn't have the ability to do anything that you are talking about. I'd
suggest changing this to an API ticket rather than a UI one.
