IMO you need not create separate issues. I also think you needn't upload
patches and wait for review since you've already uploaded one for the first
batch of tests you converted which got some feedback (Hoss). So in a sense
that's a bit of a template for what you're doing with the rest. It's
definitely nice to know, in advance, which batch of tests your tackling.
