This patch moves the following tests:
* ConnectionReuseTest
* CleanupOldIndexTest
* CloudExitableDirectoryTest
* ConfigSetsAPITest
* DistribDocExpirationUpdateProcessorTest
* DistributedVersionInfoTest
* DistributedQueryComponentOptimizationTest
* CloudMLTQParserTest
It also fixes a bug in the MLTQParser, whereby the qparser will throw an
exception if it's given a dynamic field.
