[~rcmuir] In this ticket, please make your wishes clear as to what constitutes
the public API and what constitutes the private one.
I am not adverse to removing geo3D from Lucene entirely if that is the decision
of the team. Seems like a waste but that is up to the PMC.
[~mikemccand]: You also have put a great deal of time in the the Geo3D
implementation, and I'm sure you have thoughts about how this should proceed.
