[~arafalov] i've included the solr-impl-version and lucene-impl-version because
I've seen them provided in the Solr admin dashboard.
I've removed them now and the debug info looks like this :

bq. On the other hand, is there a value is sending what lucene version the
solrconfig.xml file pegs the core at?
Could you please describe in more detail what you mean by this question?
