If 6x is the current unstable branch, 6.0 is not stable. 6.1 is not stable. 5.5 is the stable release. It's been around, it's had the bug fixes and use and hardening. 6.x has not had the use and hardening as 5.x and is supposed to have to scary changes! It's just as valid an opinion that a committer that wants to backport features that make sense for a 5.6, a stable 5.x release, rather then just have it in the *unstable* 6.0 release for the early adopters. - Mark -- - Mark about.me/markrmiller
