Can we specify the commands (build/ precommit checks) that need to "work" with
a git clone so that we can orderly go through them and know where we are with
the migration process? It'd be good to have it done and then vote/ move on with
the development to git. My candidates would be:
* {{ant clean test}}
* {{ant jar}}
* {{ant validate precommit}}
Then there are follow-ups:
* Maven POMs (scm defs)
* README and other help files referring to SVN
* various python scripts under {{dev-tools/scripts}} invoke SVN
* Jenkins CI job definitions, etc.
