Attachment: SOLR-7856.patch
Patch that:
* Handles core initialisation issues (both on page load, and within core admin
tab)
* Displays just the message for the exception
* Keeps a list of known exceptions, and clears them when an AJAX call is made
for the same endpoint
If this patch behaves as expected, I'd like to think exception handling is
done, and the angular UI has reached a stable enough state to go into active
service.
