What are the chances of getting the second patch from SOLR-7639
included in this release? It adds the missing pieces (support for
the `boost` parameter and exclusion of the current document from the
result set) to reach parity between MLTQParser and MLT Handler. With
this patch applied (in combination with SOLR-7143) I could finally
use the new QParser instead of the handler.
