It seems like the latest patch only contains changes for lucene/core (which
makes eg. lucene/test-framework fail to compile). Also NearSpansOrdered still
mentions BufferedSpanCollector in the javadocs.
Given that NearSpansOrder is to blame for API complexity here since it is the
only Spans impl that consumes sub spans eagerly, should we consider removing it
entirely?
