Attachment: LUCENE-6422.patch
Updated to remove StreamingPrefixTreeStrategy. PackedQuadTree is now self
contained to one file and uses the RecursivePrefixTreeStrategy but ignores
leafyBranchPruning.
Still only integrated and tested on branch_5x, per discussion below.
