[~andyetitmoves] Thanks for the feedback. Yes this makes perfect sense.
I think I have enough information/context to get started with the actual
implementation. I suggested to keep this configuration under /live_nodes ZNODE
since I don't see any other appropriate ZNODE. If you have any other ideas,
please let me know. But I think we can get started with this and make changes
if necessary. I will reply once I have a patch ready.
