Attachment: SOLR-6273.patch
This patch expands the previously added patch to add the following features:
- if source_collection is not defined - use the collection name associated
with the Core
- if target_collection is not defined - use the same name as source_collection
- if target collection does not exist on the target cloud - provision it with
the same parameters as the source collection
