Resolution: Won't Fix
Alexandre is correct.
The dist/solr-X.Y.Z.war file has been removed from the download as of 5.0.0.
New documentation states that we are not supporting third-party containers, and
that Solr's status as a web application is merely an implementation detail. We
intend to change that implementation detail.
