After thinking about this, I think it might be a good idea to wait for 4.4.1 to
be released, and monitor the httpclient mailing list for a week or so, before
upgrading. I think that's the best way to assure stability for this important
component.
If a serious problem in the current 4.3 release crops up that's fixed in 4.4, I
can do the upgrade immediately.
