In addition to the changes mentioned

this patch does the following in the {{data_driven_schema_configs}} configset:
# Adds {{managed-schema}} produced by the auto-bootstrap of the schema as
modified in the most recent trim-schema patch on this issue, but with the
manual addition of a license comment
# Deletes {{schema.xml}}
# Deletes the {{lang/}} dir and its contents
# Deletes {{protwords.txt}}
# Deletes {{currency.xml}}
I did not switch to managed stopwords and synonyms.
Committing shortly.
