Originally I was thinking that the second pass would require we get the stored
rather than the indexed value, but since DVs are restricted to string and
numerics and thus unanalyzed in any way, I was hypothesizing problems that
didn't exist. Gotta wrap my head around that, perhaps it'll stick now.
So never mind..... I also see a lot of discussion about what stored should
really mean in SOLR-3855 relative to DV fields, so I guess the topic's been
pretty well hashed out.
