Resolution: Fixed
I think moving solr.solr.home to another location is out of scope for this
ticket. I re-opened it to address cloning configset directories when creating
cores, which is resolved now. Any future changes to Solr's out-of-box directory
structure can be addressed in another improvement ticket.
