It would be good to have a tutorial shipping with Solr distribution that is
*active* and actually uses live Solr instance to demonstrate and explain
concepts.
Some very rough ideas to start the conversation going:
Start bin/solr start -e tutorial-basic
Provide instructions as admin-extra files
Use new REST functionality to create/modify types and admin handlers
