{{dist}} still creates a {{.war}} which then gets copied to {{solr/webapps}} in
the {{example}} target. It just doesn't get copied when the tarball is created
(i.e. doesn't get 'shipped').
Side note: I don't see a reason any longer why we output this to {{dist}}
instead of {{solr/webapps}} directly..
